Are you an IT skilled with a passion for technology and talent acquisition? Were looking for an IT HR / Technical Recruiter with a strong educational background in Information Technology to join our remote talent acquisition team.

In this role, you’ll use your technical knowledge to understand project requirements, identify and evaluate qualified technology professionals, and work closely with engineering and project teams to build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Screening: Identify and source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, tech communities, and employee referrals.
- Technical Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates for roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Architects, UI/UX Designers, and Data Scientists.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process, from understanding requirements and sourcing candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers, technical leads, and project managers to understand current and future hiring requirements.
- Candidate Experience:



Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT, BCA, MCA, or an equivalent technology-related degree.
- Experience: Prior experience as an IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter.
- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of software development, programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript, databases, cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure, and modern frameworks.
- Sourcing Expertise: Hands-on experience with Naukri/Resdex, Boolean search, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to interact with mid-to-senior-level technology professionals.
- Remote Work: Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
