- Jump on a welcome call or walkthrough within 48 hours — cover setup, AutoDM config, product tour, and 30-day goals.n
- Make sure every creator hits their first win (DM automation live, first sale, first booking) within 7 days.n
- Spot subscribers who haven’t set up by Day 7 and swoop in before things go sideways.n
