We are developing PROPERTY GIFT AG LTD as a up-to-date, digitally driven lettings and property management agency and are looking for an experienced, proactive and commercially minded Digital Property Growth Manager based in India to help build, operate and grow the digital side of our business.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

This is not simply a social media or advertising position.

The purpose of this role is to build and operate an integrated digital system covering:

• Landlord acquisition
• B2B lead generation
• Digital marketing
• Business development
• Property marketing
• CRM and pipeline management
• Professional outreach
• Follow-ups and appointment setting
• Marketing automation
• Property technology and data




• Professional referral networks
• Social media and digital communications
• AI-assisted marketing
• Future team development

Our primary commercial objective is to attract landlords and increase the number of properties under management across Greater London.

The core process is:

FIND LANDLORD → ESTABLISH CONTACT → GENERATE INTEREST → FOLLOW UP → QUALIFY OPPORTUNITY → ARRANGE APPOINTMENT → UK TEAM TAKES OVER → SUCCESSFUL DEAL → PROPERTY UNDER MANAGEMENT

Our UK team handles physical landlord meetings, property visits, valuations, negotiations, tenant viewings, inspections and other work requiring a physical presence in London.
