nPurpose of the role:
nTo drive data-driven planning, monitoring, analytics, and reporting for TSF's agriculture programmes by strengthening MIS systems, ensuring data quality, and generating actionable insights for decision-making.
n

nKey Responsibilities:
n• Develop and manage MIS frameworks, data collection systems, databases, and reporting mechanisms for agriculture programmes.




n• Ensure timely data collection, validation, audits, and field verification to maintain data accuracy, reliability, and integrity.
n• Analyze programme data and prepare dashboards, MIS reports, presentations, and insights for management reviews, thematic planning, and Board requirements.
n• Strengthen project MIS systems and build the capacity of programme and MIS team members through training and technical support.
n• Collaborate with programme teams to ensure timely reporting, performance tracking, and evidence-based decision-making.
n• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards.
n• Explore and implement digital tools and technology solutions to enhance field monitoring, reporting, and programme analytics.
n• Ensure coordination with IT and Strategy team of TSF for necessary support.
