nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Lead the Pan-India design function for managed office and corporate interior projects.n
- Manage projects from client brief, concept development and test-fit planning through execution and final handover.n
- Lead, mentor and manage architects, interior designers, 2D drafters and 3D visualisers.n
- Review space plans, mood boards, concept designs, detailed drawings, GFCs and 3D visualisations.n
- Translate client requirements into creative, functional and cost-effective workplace solutions.n
- Present design concepts and technical solutions to clients and senior stakeholders.n
- Coordinate with Sales, Projects, MEP, QS, Procurement and Facility teams.n
- Ensure designs comply with project budgets, timelines, quality standards and statutory requirements.n
- Conduct design reviews and resolve technical or site-related challenges.n
- Standardise design processes, specifications,



templates and quality guidelines across locations.n
- Introduce the latest workplace-design trends, sustainable materials and design technologies.n
- Support business development through technical presentations, design pitches and client meetings.n

nTechnical Skills

- n
- Strong expertise in space planning, workplace strategy and corporate interior design.n
- Advanced knowledge of 2D drafting, detailing, elevations, sections and GFC drawings.n
- Strong understanding of 3D modelling, visualisation, rendering and walkthroughs.n
- Knowledge of civil, MEP, HVAC, electrical, fire and life-safety coordination.n
- Expertise in material selection, finishes, furniture planning and specifications.n
- Sound understanding of BOQs, costing, value engineering and design feasibility.n
- Ability to review design documentation and ensure execution accuracy.n
