Perform quality assurance reviews and ensure all requests are handled in accordance with audit and compliance requirements. Provide approvals, sign-off, and instructions directly to Operations and relevant back-office teams. Ensure accurate implementation of account opening, pricing, and set-up changes, including appropriate documentation and record archiving.
