Job Description
You will own current enterprise revenue and expansion within named accounts. This is a player-coach role: you will close deals yourself at the start, then build and lead the team as we scale. We want a former entrepreneur who has sold deep tech into large, process-heavy enterprises and knows how to get technology and business stakeholders to agree on the same deal.

- Own the enterprise sales number: pipeline, forecast, quota, and closed revenuen
- Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first meeting to signed contractn
- Work hand in hand with pre-sales and solutions teams on discovery, demos, POCs, and proposalsn
- Convert pilots into production deployments and multi-year engagementsn
- Build executive relationships on both the technology side (CIO, CTO, VP Engineering) and the business side (operations, finance, risk, plant and function heads)n
- Build the business case and ROI narrative with the customer's business ownersn
- Hire, coach, and manage account executives and SDRsn




- Establish repeatable sales processes, playbooks, qualification standards, and metricsn
- Work with the founders on ICP, pricing, and deal strategyn

nWhat We're Looking For

- n
- Former founder or co-founder, or an early commercial leader at a startup, who has personally carried revenuen
- 10–15+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in deep tech, platform, or enterprise softwaren
- Has sold a technical product alongside a pre-sales team and can hold a credible conversation on architecture, security, and integrationn
- Has sold primarily to enterprises in traditionally non-tech, process-driven sectors such as manufacturing, BFSI, healthcare, pharma, and automotiven
- Demonstrated success selling to both technical buyers and business buyers within the same dealn
- Proven record of closing large enterprise deals and growing accounts after the first winn
- Comfortable selling vision and value, not just featur
