Job Summary • Lead the delivery of transparent performance reporting and insight across the transformation portfolio. • Portfolio Performance Insight • Data & Analytics Key Responsibilities Strategy • Lead the team tasked with delivery of the central analytics service. • Implement the portfolio data and insight approach. • Coordinate Group-wide reporting and dashboards. • Support assessment of strategic performance. Business • Oversee production of portfolio reporting and insight. • Respond to senior management reporting requirements. • Partner with portfolio stakeholders to improve data quality and insight. • Support enhancement of reporting platforms and tools. Risk Management • Promote adherence to Group Security, Risk and Audit policies. • Maintain awareness of material reporting, data and governance risks. • Escalate significant risks and control weaknesses.



• Coordinate identification and monitoring of performance-reporting risks. • Support implementation of controls and mitigation actions. • Monitor material data and reporting issues. • Escalate significant weaknesses or exceptions. • Support remediation with relevant stakeholders.
