The Staff Data Platform Governance and Compliance Lead is responsible for driving the implementation and ongoing operations of Danaher’s Enterprise Data Platform governance, data quality,



and compliance framework. This role establishes and enforces policies, standards, and controls across Snowflake, Matillion, dbt, Airflow, and Azure — ensuring that enterprise data assets are properly classified, secured, documented, and audit-ready in alignment with SOX, SOC 1/2, GxP, and applicable global data privacy regulations (GDPR, India DPDP Act, HIPAA). The role partners closely with Data Engineering, Platform Operations, Security, Internal Audit, and OpCo data stewards to embed governance into day-to-day operations. This position reports to the Director – Data Platform and Operations and is part of the Enterprise Data Engineering team located in Bengaluru, India and will work from Bengaluru IDC office.
