We help B2B, SaaS, D2C and services brands in India, the US, the UK, the UAE, Europe and Australia get found on Google and in AI answers (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity), and we run their paid media, social media, creative and websites. We are a lean team that values ownership, speed and clean execution. The role We are hiring a Business Development Manager to bring in new clients for Growthym's services: AI SEO, SEO, performance marketing, social media and creative, and website development. You will own the full cycle from building pipeline to closing retainers, across India and international markets. This is a revenue role with clear monthly targets. What you will do Build a qualified pipeline in India and international markets (US, UK, Middle East, Australia) through LinkedIn, cold email, calls, referrals and partnerships Run 8 to 12 discovery calls a week with founders,



CEOs and marketing heads Understand each prospect's business and scope the right solution with our delivery leads Write proposals and pricing, and send them within 48 hours of the discovery call Negotiate, handle objections and close monthly retainers and project deals Build partnerships with agencies, consultants and SaaS companies for referral and white-label business Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts Update the CRM the same day with every stage, next step and date Share a weekly pipeline report: meetings held, proposals sent, deals won and revenue closed What you need (mandatory) 2 to 4 years in business development or sales at a digital marketing agency A proven record of closing retainers for services such as SEO, performance marketing, social media or web development, with numbers you can share Strong spoken and written English, and confidence on calls with senior decision makers Ability to write a transparent proposal and hold a pricing conversation Hands-on use of a CRM (HubSp
