Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Customer Support & Operations Executive to join our team.
nThis role is specifically for candidates who have hands-on experience working with Shopify-based ecommerce stores and handling direct-to-customer online store operations.
nImportant: We are only looking for candidates with Shopify ecommerce experience . Experience limited to Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Meesho, Myntra or other marketplaces will not be considered relevant for this role.

Key Responsibilitiesn

- Handle customer enquiries through email and live chatn
- Assist customers with product information, order status, delivery, returns, refunds and warranty enquiriesn
- Manage and process orders through Shopifyn
- Review customer orders and resolve order-related issuesn
- Coordinate with warehouse, shipping and fulfilment teamsn
- Handle order cancellations, returns, exchanges and refundsn
- Update customer and order information in Shopifyn
- Monitor delayed, failed or problematic deliveries and follow up accordinglyn




- Communicate professionally with customers and provide timely resolutionsn
- Maintain records of customer issues and resolutionsn
- Support day-to-day ecommerce store operationsn
- Identify recurring customer or operational issues and report them to the teamn
- Work with internal teams to improve the overall customer experiencen

Required Experiencen
- n
- Previous experience in Ecommerce Customer Support & Operations n
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify n
- Experience managing orders directly through Shopify Adminn
- Experience handling customer support for a DTC ecommerce websiten
- Experience with shipping and logistics operations, including creating shipping labels, tracking shipments and coordinating with courier partners n
- Valuable understanding of order fulfilment, shipping, returns, refunds and cancellationsn
- Strong written English communication skillsn
