Job Specifications

Desired Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Social Work, or a related field is required.
- Master's degree in human resources, Labor Welfare, Labor law or Employee Relations is preferred.
- Certification in Labor laws, compliance regulations, ER and IR is preferred

Desired Experience
- 7-10 years of experience in Statutory and Labor Compliance
- Working experience in manufacturing organization (Plant Location).
- Experience in electronic manufacturing or related industries is preferred.
- Experience in green field assignments or setting up of processes, systems, policies and implementation of rollouts is an added ad
