SAP HCM Testing Consultant

nQualifications
nMust Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
n
- n
- 6–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM testing, with strong exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.n
- experience in JIRA, Agile and Deliveryn
- Demonstrated experience testing complex custom PCRs, schema modifications, and time/payroll rule changes.n
- Experience testing custom ABAP reports and objects within an SAP HCM landscape.n
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools for SAP (TOSCA or similar); ability to build and maintain automated test scripts independently.n
- Solid understanding of retroactive payroll processing and its testing implications.n
- Experience executing SIT cycles and supporting UAT,



including defect management and retesting.n
- Solid understanding of SAP HCM-standard testing terminology (e.g., Positive Functional Test, Retroactive Accounting Check, Personnel Subgroup Variant).n
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to work directly with functional, technical, and business teams.n

nGood to have:

- n
- Experience with S/4HANA HCM landscapes.n
- Exposure to Fiori/OData testing.n
- Experience testing integrations between SAP HCM and third-party/ServiceNow-type systems.n
- Familiarity with collective agreement–driven configuration testing (union/non-union employee groups).n
- SAP HCM functional certification.n
