Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Client Partner to drive business growth, manage strategic client relationships, and expand our Microsoft and AI services portfolio across domestic / APAC markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise technology sales, account management, and digital transformation consulting, with expertise in Microsoft technologies, Cloud, Data, AI, and Power Platform solutions.

nKey Responsibilities

- Drive current business acquisition and account expansion across India / APACn
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline for Microsoft and AI-led solutionsn
- .Identify opportunities in Cloud, Data & Analytics, Generative AI, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Managed Servicesn
- Own revenue targets, forecasting, and account growth plansn
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and technology stakeholdersn
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on digital transformation, AI adoption, and Microsoft technology roadmapsn




- Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to develop tailored client solutionsn
- Lead discovery discussions, solution positioning, proposal development, and contract negotiationsn
- Articulate business value and ROI for AI, Cloud, Automation, and Microsoft platform investmentsn

- Manage strategic accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and retentionn
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across existing customersn
- Support delivery governance and proactively address client escalationsn
- Build relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft sales teams, partner channels, and alliance stakeholdersn
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging AI technologiesn
