nWhat will you do:

nIn this role, you will work with a motivated team to drive conversions for programs. Your job responsibilities will include:

- n
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basisn
- Identify need of prospects & recommend them prospects for programs through outbound callsn
- Close sales over the phone by demonstrating the value of our productsn




- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-upn
- Stay up to date on industry trends and new product offeringsn

nCTC: 5-7.3 LPA fixed. Plus incentive.

nCompetencies:

- n
- 1+ years of experience in inside salesn
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsn
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clientsn
- Proficiency in using a CRM and sales toolsn
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independentlyn
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.n
