nKey Responsibilities
n1.City Business Development
nTake ownership of the overall business and growth targets for Bangalore
nDevelop and execute strategies to increase revenue and customer acquisition
nIdentify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence across Bangalore
nMonitor market trends and competitor activities
n2.Sales & Revenue
nDrive monthly and quarterly sales targets
nDevelop effective lead-generation and conversion strategies
nMonitor sales performance and take corrective actions when required
nBuild robust relationships with customers, partners, schools, and other stakeholders
n3.Team Management
nRecruit, train, mentor, and manage the city-level team
nSet clear targets and KPIs for team members
nConduct regular performance reviews and ensure accountability
nBuild a motivated and performance-driven team
n4.Tutor / Teacher Operations
nOversee recruitment and onboarding of tutors/teachers




nEnsure availability of qualified tutors as per customer requirements
nMonitor tutor performance, attendance, and customer feedback.
nResolve operational challenges and ensure smooth service delivery
n5.Customer Experience
nMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
nHandle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution
nAnalyse customer feedback and implement service improvements
n6.MIS & Operations
nMonitor daily city operations and ensure adherence to company processes
nAnalyse sales, conversion, revenue, and operational KPIs
nPrepare and share regular performance reports with management
nEnsure effective cost management and operational efficiency
