The Opportunity

Kaygen is expanding its India business with a robust focus on Global Capability Centers and multinational enterprises,



and we are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to help build that growth engine.
The role will focus on opening strategic GCC and direct-enterprise relationships, developing senior stakeholder connects and converting those relationships into sustainable talent and workforce-solutions revenue.
This is not an MSP/VMS sales role. It is a direct enterprise business-development position for someone who understands complex organizations, can navigate CXO/TA/procurement relationships and enjoys creating opportunities before they become open requisitions.

What You Will Own
- Identify and penetrate priority GCCs, multinational enterprises and captive technology/business centers across India.
- Build meaningful relationships with GCC leaders, business leaders, technology leadership, HR/TA heads, procurement teams and other enterprise decision-makers.
