nWe are in the screening process for “Trainer Audiologist” professionals for a Leading Medical Device Company
n

nCompany : Medical Device Company (Hearing Aids).

nPosition : Trainer Audiologist

nKey Responsibilities:
n
- n
- Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments and diagnostics (pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, otoacoustic emissions, auditory brainstem response, for patients of all ages).n
- Interpret test results, identify hearing, and formulate appropriate management or referral plans.n
- Fit, program, and verify hearing aids, counsel patients and their families on device use, maintenance, and communication strategies.n
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records: assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, follow-ups.n
- Collaborate with ENT surgeons, speech therapists, pediatricians, other allied health professionals for multidisciplinary care.n
- Keep audiology equipment calibrated and up to date; ensure test environment meets standardsn




- Participate in outreach, screening camps, awareness programs.n
- Engage in continuous professional development, stay updated with advances inn

naudiology, assist in training junior staff/interns as applicable

- Monitor and plan raw materials required for existing and future orders in coordination with the purchase department.n

nEssential:
n
- n
- Proven clinical experience in audiology (adults + pediatrics) ideally 1-3 years.n
- Sound knowledge of diagnostic audiology, hearing aid technology, assistiven
- devices, and audiological rehabilitation.n
- Excellent patient counselling, communication, and interpersonal skills.n
- Ability to work independently, prioritize caseloads, work in team‐based healthcare setting.n
