nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a Campaign Specialist to join Livspace’s Growth & Performance Marketing team. The role involves managing and scaling performance campaigns across 30+ cities in India, with a strong focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
nThe ideal candidate should be highly analytical, data-driven, and comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of campaign performance and solving complex performance issues independently.
nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Own and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram at scale.n
- Handle campaign structuring, audience targeting, Advantage+ campaigns, CAPI, and tROAS bidding.n
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.n
- Analyze raw campaign and funnel data to identify the root cause of performance issues.n
- Independently investigate and resolve issues such as CPL spikes, delivery problems, conversion drops,



and performance fluctuations.n
- Optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics such as CPL, ROAS, conversions, and overall campaign efficiency.n
- Work closely with Creative, Analytics, Category, and other cross-functional teams to improve campaign performance.n
- Use Excel/Google Sheets for campaign analysis, reporting, and data interpretation.n
- Leverage SQL, Looker, Power BI, or other BI tools for deeper analysis where required.n
- Continuously test and implement new campaign strategies, audiences, creatives, and bidding approaches.n

- 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.n
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, preferably managing campaigns at significant scale.n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with raw data.n
- Valuable understanding of campaign structure, bidding, audience targ
