nReports To: Head of IT Operations
nExperience: 5–8+ years

nWe are looking for an experienced IT Administrator – Function Lead to manage and govern IT administration operations across the organization. The role will be responsible for ensuring reliable IT services, secure system administration, endpoint management, compliance, process standardization, and effective coordination with Infrastructure, Networking, and Cyber Security teams.

nKey Responsibilities

nIT Administration and Operations Management
n
- n
- Own and manage day-to-day IT administration activities across locations.n
- Ensure availability, performance, and stability of end-user systems, servers, and IT services.n
- Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IT administration processes.n
- Coordinate with vendors for IT support, licensing, procurement, and service delivery.n

nUser and Endpoint Management

- Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control processes.n
- Oversee endpoint configuration standards for laptops, desktops, and peripherals.n
- Ensure OS deployment, patch management, antivirus/EDR implementation, and system hardening.n
- Manage IT asset tagging, lifecycle tracking, compliance, and disposal processes.n

nAccess Control and Privilege Management

- Govern administrative access controls and enforce least-privilege principles.n
- Ensure privileged access is granted only through approved and documented processes.n
- Coordinate periodic access reviews and audits with Cyber Security teams.n
- Maintain records of administrative access, temporary permissions, and approvals.n
