Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Current Town, Kolkata , working in a USA night shift .
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, presenting relevant products and offers, handling objections, and closing sales .




You will work with customers primarily in the US market and will be expected to consistently achieve individual sales and productivity targets while maintaining high standards of customer experience, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through inbound and/or outbound sales calls .
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Explain product features, pricing, benefits, terms, and next steps clearly.
- Use effective sales pitching, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques .
- Convert qualified opportunities into successful sales.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets .
- Maintain required productivity, conversion, and quality metrics.
- Follow up with customers and opportunities as per defined processes.
- Build trust and provide a professional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
