About the RolenWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Accounts Manager with strong experience in the Real Estate Developer/Builder industry. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in Farvision ERP and a robust understanding of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounts operations.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely accounting entries.n
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, vendor payments, receipts, and reconciliations.n
- Manage Farvision ERP operations, accounting entries, reports, and related processes.n
- Prepare and review bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and customer ledgers.n
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.n




- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.n
- Monitor project-wise accounting and financial transactions.n
- Coordinate with Project, CRM, Purchase, Commercial, and Management teams for smooth financial operations.n
- Review invoices, bills, payment requests, and supporting documents.n
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and ensure timely follow-up.n
- Support audits and provide required financial data and documentation.n
- Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.n
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.n
- Prepare MIS and management reports as required.n
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of all accounting activities.n
