About the Role

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Design Lead to lead the design team, drive creative direction, maintain brand consistency, and deliver high-quality creatives across marketing and business channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design team, allocate work, review output, and mentor designers.
- Develop creative concepts, visual themes, campaign identities, and brand assets.
- Translate marketing and business objectives into impactful visual communication.
- Create and oversee creatives for social media, performance marketing, e-commerce, product campaigns, schools/coaching campaigns, events, email/WhatsApp, websites, and print.
- Maintain high standards of design quality, brand consistency, typography, layouts, imagery, and visual identity.
- Manage creative workflows, priorities, timelines, and cross-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Content, E-commerce,



and external agencies/vendors.
- Personally handle high-priority and strategically key design projects.
- Identify workflow improvements and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Stay updated with design, advertising, AI, motion, and digital trends and introduce innovative creative approaches.
