About the Rolen

nWe are looking for a dedicated and articulate Customer Support Representative to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely resolutions, and maintaining accurate records using basic spreadsheet tools.

Key Responsibilitiesn

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally via phone, chat, or emailn
- Address customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and courteous mannern
- Maintain and update customer data, logs, and reports using Google Sheetsn
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth query resolutionn
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory closure of issuesn
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and escalate unresolved issues when necessaryn

Required Skills & Qualificationsn

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English n
- Technical: Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets (data entry, basic formulas, updating records)n
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in a customer support / customer service rolen
- Equipment: Must own a personal laptop n
- Connectivity: Must have a secure Wi-Fi connection at home (as backup/remote access may occasionally be required)n
- Location: Must be based in Kolkata or willing to relocaten
- Availability: Should be able to join immediately n
