Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled L3 Wintel Engineer to provide advanced support, administration, and troubleshooting for enterprise Windows infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Active Directory, core Microsoft services, and virtualization platforms including VMware and Hyper-V. This role requires deep technical knowledge, problem-solving capabilities, and experience handling complex escalations.

nKey Responsibilities
n1. Windows Server Administration
nInstall, configure, upgrade, and maintain Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022).
nPerform system health checks, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
nHandle Level 3 incident management and root cause analysis (RCA).
nImplement security hardening and compliance standards.

n2. Active Directory (AD) Management
nManage and maintain Active Directory infrastructure.
nAdminister Group Policies (GPO), OU structures, trusts, and replication.
nPerform AD schema updates, forest/domain functional level upgrades.
nManage Azure AD Connect (if applicable).




nTroubleshoot authentication, replication, and domain controller issues.

n3. DNS & DHCP Administration
nConfigure and manage Domain Name System (DNS) services.
nAdminister Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) scopes, failover, and reservations.
nTroubleshoot name resolution and IP allocation issues.
nMaintain DNS zone records and ensure high availability.

n4. Virtualization & Infrastructure
nManage and support VMware vSphere environments (ESXi, vCenter).
nProvision and maintain virtual machines, templates, snapshots, and clusters.
nSupport Microsoft Hyper-V environments including clustering and live migration.
nPerform capacity planning and resource optimization.
nTroubleshoot storage, compute, and network integration issues.

n5. Backup & Disaster Recovery
nImplement and monitor backup strategies.
nPerform restoration and DR testing.
