We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Project Sales who can understand customer requirements, present EcoLiving solutions and convert qualified leads into successful projects.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing the complete sales journey, from lead qualification and customer consultation to site visits, proposal presentation, negotiation and project closure.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a confident personality, valuable product understanding and the ability to build trust with customers.

You should enjoy meeting customers, understanding their needs and finding the right solution for them.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management




- Handle leads generated through digital marketing, societies, referrals and other channels.
- Contact prospects and understand their requirements.
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, timeline and project feasibility.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and movement of leads through the sales funnel.

2. Customer Consultation
- Speak with customers and understand their lifestyle, design preferences and requirements.
- Explain EcoLiving's landscape and green living solutions.
- Recommend suitable products, packages and project solutions.
- Educate customers about plants, planters, irrigation, lighting, furniture and other landscape elements.
- Build strong relationships and establish customer confidence.

3. Site Visits & Project Sales
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits.
- Understand site conditions and customer expectations.
- Coordinate with the Desi
