Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Design Architect with a strong design sensibility and a global perspective to contribute to the design and delivery of workplace and corporate interior projects. The role involves developing design concepts, leading design development, and translating workplace strategies into well-resolved, buildable design solutions.
This position requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and an understanding of workplace design principles,
interior construction practices, and global project delivery standards across EMEA and North America.
Key Responsibilities
Workplace Design & Concept Development
- Develop workplace design concepts aligned with client objectives, brand identity, and ways of working.
- Translate workplace strategies into spatial planning, layouts, and interior design solutions.
- Contribute to design narratives, mood boards, and presentation material.
Design Development & Authoring
- Lead design development from concept through detailed design stages.
- Produce design drawings, layouts, and presentation packages using Revit and SketchUp.
- Ensure design intent is carried through all project stages with clarity and consistency.
Standards & Best Practices
- Apply knowledge of workplace standards, interior design principles, and delivery practices across EMEA and North America.
