Tech in Civil Engineering### Job Summary We are looking for a Billing Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in residential construction projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of quantity measurement, client and subcontractor billing, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.### Key Responsibilities* Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills.* Measure quantities as per drawings and site progress.* Prepare RA bills, final bills, and billing reports.* Maintain billing records and supporting documents.* Coordinate with the site, planning,



and accounts teams for billing and payment processing.* Track work progress against BOQ and work orders.* Assist in preparing quantity variations and extra item statements.* Ensure timely submission of bills and follow up on approvals.### Requirements* Diploma or B. E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering.* 4-5 years of experience in billing for residential construction projects.* Valuable knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, and construction drawings.* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and report preparation).* Good communication and coordination skills.* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.### Preferred Skills* Experience with ERP or billing software.* Knowledge of Auto CAD is an added advantage.* Strong analytical and documentation skills.
