Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executivewith a robust background in the Education Technology sector. The ideal candidate shouldhave a proven track record of working with schools, colleges, universities, and educationalinstitutions, along with an established network across Kerala and South India. The role involves driving business growth, building strategic relationships with educationalinstitutions, and promoting UWR's portfolio of Robotics, AI, STEM, and Future Skillssolutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within schools, colleges,universities, and educational groups. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers,



including Management, Principals, Directors, Trustees, and Academic Leaders. Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and consultative discussions withprospective institutions. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Develop and execute territory-wise business development strategies across Keralaand South India. Represent the organization at educational conferences, exhibitions, seminars, andnetworking events. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementationof solutions. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve defined business objectives. Gather market intelligence and provide insights on industry trends, competition, andcustomer requirements.
