Role Description The Commercial Closing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end closing process for commercial real estate transactions. This role coordinates all documentation,



compliance checks, and funding activities to ensure accurate and timely closings for Grade‐A commercial assets and other investment-led deals. The Commercial Closing Manager will collaborate closely with sales teams, lenders, legal advisors, and clients to manage loan and mortgage-related requirements, resolve issues, and maintain transparent communication throughout the transaction lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing closing packages, tracking transaction milestones, monitoring disbursements, and maintaining detailed records in line with regulatory and internal standards. The role also contributes to process improvement, supports risk management, and helps deliver a smooth and transparent closing experience for all stakeholders.
