Job Title: Property Manager (Commercial Real Estate)

Experience Required: 14 to 16 Years
About the Role We are seeking a seasoned real estate skilled with 14 to 16 years of dedicated commercial property management experience to join our team in Pune. In this senior role, you will provide comprehensive Property Management services to ensure that our Grade-A commercial assets and amenities are resourced and maintained to a world-class industry standard. You will oversee daily commercial operations,



manage complex budgets, lead onsite technical and soft services teams, and cultivate strategic relationships with corporate tenants, clients, and local municipal authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance
- Ensure all property services are performed in accordance with Standard Service Specifications for commercial assets.
- Maintain site accommodation, common areas, and utility services through contractors and direct labor in the most cost-effective manner.
- Ensure that the entire staff maintains a critical eye on all aspects of physical building care, preventive maintenance, and asset preservation.
- Ensure occupancy and building operations comply with all relevant commercial statutory laws and local municipal legislation.

Financial Management
- Prepare comprehensive annual commercial property management and capital expenditure (CAPEX/OPEX) budgets.
