This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Google Ads Lead based in India.

This is a senior growth marketing role responsible for owning and scaling Google Ads as a major acquisition channel across a portfolio of ecommerce brands.
You will shape channel strategy, manage significant budgets, and make investment decisions tied directly to revenue, efficiency, and profitability.
The role spans Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, Demand Gen, and emerging advertising capabilities.
You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on account management, experimentation, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Working closely with Creative, Analytics, Ecommerce, Product, and leadership teams, you will turn performance data into actionable growth opportunities.
You will also mentor other paid media practitioners and develop playbooks, frameworks, and systems that enable scalable execution across multiple brands.
Success will be measured by profitable growth, experimentation velocity,



and the ability to continuously improve Google Ads performance against business goals.

Accountabilities

Own the overall Google Ads strategy, budgets, performance, experimentation roadmap, and channel growth across multiple ecommerce brands.

Translate revenue, customer acquisition cost, ROAS, CPA, and profitability targets into transparent channel strategies and investment plans.

Manage and optimize campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, and Demand Gen.

Make informed budget allocation and bidding decisions based on commercial objectives, performance data, and growth opportunities.

Conduct detailed account audits to identify tactical issues, performance risks, optimization opportunities, and areas for scalable growth.
