Role Overview
nLead the development and delivery of advanced Cockpit Domain Controller (CDC) and Cockpit Infotainment Systems for next-generation vehicles. The role will drive end-to-end program execution, system integration, stakeholder management, and technology roadmap development for connected cockpit platforms.
nKey Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and integration of Cockpit Domain Controllers (CDC) and Infotainment Systems.n
- Manage end-to-end program delivery including requirements, architecture, development, validation, and production launch.n
- Drive integration of digital cockpit interfaces including:n
- Displays and Instrument Clustersn
- Touchscreen Systemsn
- Voice Assistantsn
- Connected Vehicle Featuresn
- HMI and User Experience Solutionsn
- Coordinate with global cross-functional teams across software, hardware, systems, validation, and suppliers.n
- Own project planning, risk management, budget tracking, and milestone achievement.n
- Lead supplier interactions and ensure quality, cost,



and timeline commitments.n
- Support technology strategy and roadmap planning for future cockpit platforms.n

nRequired Experience
n
- n
- 16–20 years of experience in Automotive Electronics, Embedded Systems, or Vehicle Software Development.n
- Minimum 5+ years leading Cockpit Domain Controller (CDC) or Infotainment Programs.n
- Robust understanding of:n
- Automotive ECU Architecturen
- Android Automotive / Linux-based Infotainment Systemsn
- Vehicle Networking (CAN, Ethernet, LIN)n
- Functional Safety and Cybersecurity conceptsn
- Connected Vehicle Technologiesn
- Experience managing global teams and complex automotive programs.n

nPreferred Background

- n
- Experience in OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers working on Digital Cockpit, Infotainment, ADAS integration, or Connected Vehicle Platforms.n
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale vehicle programs from concept to production.n
