nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
n

nExperience: 8+ years
n

nKey Responsibilities
n
- n
- Develop interior designs from Concept, SD, DD, CD to CA phases.n
- Lead drawings, detailing, shop drawings, and submittals.n
- Coordinate with Structural, MEPF, Design and Project teams.n
- Review constructability and resolve design conflicts.n
- Develop details for partitions, ceilings, millwork, finishes, doors & hardware.n
- Support RFIs, value engineering, design revisions, and construction administration.n
- Maintain QA/QC standards and design libraries.n
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers.n
- Worked on International projectsn
- Advanced Revit – Modeling, Documentation, Detailing, Templates & Familiesn
