About the Role "
We are looking for a Unit Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales and occupancy for assigned Treebo properties within a designated location. In this role, you will act as the business owner for specific hotel units,



ensuring consistent revenue generation by acquiring new clients and building strong local partnerships. The role requires a highly proactive and field-oriented individual who can identify local demand opportunities and convert them into bookings for the assigned properties.
Key Responsibilities
● Drive unit-level sales and occupancy for assigned Treebo properties in the designated location.
● Identify and acquire corporate clients, travel agents, local businesses, and institutional clients to generate room bookings.
● Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify current sales opportunities for the properties.
● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients to ensure consistent demand for units.
● Develop tailored proposals and pricing discussions to close business with potential clients.
● Conduct regular client visits, relationship management, and account servicing to ensure repeat business.
