Position:
Senior Project Engineer – Civil (Residential, Interior & Fitout Works)

Reporting
To: Project Manager / Client / PMC Head

Role Overview

The
Senior Project Engineer will support the Project Manager in supervising and
monitoring day-to-day construction activities, including civil, interior, and
fitout works.

Key
Responsibilities

•
Study and review construction drawings and specifications to ensure correct
execution on site.

•
Raise RFIs for design clarifications, discrepancies, or site-related issues.

•
Supervise civil, structural, interior, and fitout activities, ensuring quality
and adherence to specifications.

•
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for design and
execution alignment.

•
Verify quality of materials and workmanship, raising corrective actions when
required.

•




Assist in tracking long-lead items and monitor timely delivery to site.

•
Support the Project Manager in ensuring manpower, equipment, and resources are
deployed by contractors.

•
Conduct site meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM).

•
Assist in measurement verification and inputs for bill checking.

•
Prepare daily progress reports and contribute to weekly reports.

Qualifications
& Skills

• Degree/Diploma in Civil
Engineering.

• 5–8 years of experience in execution
and supervision of residential, interior, and fitout projects.

• Robust knowledge of construction
practices, drawing interpretation, and finishing works.

• Experience in RFIs, site meetings,
and preparing MoMs.

• Proficiency in MS Office and site
documentation tools.
