The Senior Staff Platform Operations Engineer is responsible for owning the day-to-day operational health, reliability, and continuous improvement of Danaher’s Enterprise Data Platform — including Snowflake, Azure, Matillion, dbt, and Airflow — ensuring data pipelines, warehouses, and downstream consumers (analytics, AI, and reporting) run securely, predictably,



and at enterprise scale. This role drives incident response, automation, cost and performance optimization, and operational governance across the L1/L2 support model, directly enabling Danaher’s OpCos and enterprise functions to make data-driven decisions.

This position reports to the Director – Data Platform and Operations and is part of the Enterprise Data Engineering team and will work from the Bangalore IDC office.

In this role, you will have the chance to:
- Own end-to-end operations and support of the Enterprise Data Platform (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Matillion, dbt, and Airflow), including monitoring, alerting, incident response, SLA management, L1/L2 support execution, runbook management, task/pipeline triage, MTTR reduction, and escalation to L3 Solutions as required.
