Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Qualtrics CX Platform Lead to take technical ownership of our Qualtrics platform and help us continuously develop how Zalaris listens to,



understands and acts on feedback from our customers.The role sits at the heart of our Customer Experience (CX) and Voice of the Customer (VoC) program, reporting to the Vice President Customer Success.

Your Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end technical ownership of the Qualtrics environment, including architecture, configuration, governance, standards, documentation, data quality and continuous development.
- Design, configure and maintain Qualtrics solutions, including surveys, workflows, data sets, directories, dashboards, reports, widgets, permissions and platform administration.
- Design scalable solutions that combine feedback from multiple touchpoints and translate complex data into meaningful customer and account-level insights.
- Support sophisticated Voice of the Customer programs, covering multiple feedback channels and stakeholder levels, account-based insights and closed-loop processes.
- Act as the Qualtrics expert and first point of contact for Key Account Mana
