We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ATF Tester with 5+ years of overall software testing experience and strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, and maintaining automated and manual test cases across ServiceNow applications, supporting platform upgrades/releases, defect management, and end-to-end quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow ATF.
- Create reusable ATF test steps, test suites, regression packs, and test data.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT testing.
- Test ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
- Analyze test failures, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate defect resolution.
- Prepare test plans, scenarios, test cases, execution reports, and test evidence.
- Log, track, retest, and close defects using ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches,



deployments, release validation, and post-production verification.
- Work closely with developers, BAs, product owners, and business stakeholders to improve test coverage.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain requirement-to-test traceability.
- Identify opportunities to increase automation coverage and reduce repetitive manual testing.

Mandatory Skills
- ServiceNow ATF – strong hands-on experience
- ServiceNow CSA Certification – Mandatory
- ServiceNow ATF Certification/Micro-Certification – Mandatory
- 5+ years of overall software testing experience.
- Strong experience in manual and automation testing.
- ServiceNow ITSM testing – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT testing.
- Valuable understanding of ServiceNow configuration and platform components.
- Knowledge of Flow Designer, Workflows
