THE ROLE
We are looking for a Sales Manager who is equal parts revenue engine and people leader. Someone who does not wait to be told what the target is — they have already reverse-engineered it, built the funnel plan,
and started coaching the team before the month begins.
This is not a role for someone who manages from spreadsheets. This is a role for someone who lifts teams and moves numbers.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Revenue delivery — monthly, quarterly, and annually. No ambiguity.
- Own the P&L; of your team's book of business
- Drive margin through intelligent product mix planning
- Team performance — you are the ceiling your team breaks through
- Coach, mentor, and build a team of high-performing travel consultants
- Run structured weekly reviews with each consultant on targets and gaps
- Funnel discipline — you know the numbers before the dashboard does
- Build monthly funnel plans with clear conversion benchmarks
- Identify leakage points and fix them proactively
- Client experience during the sales cycle
- Step in on escalations and complex client negotiations
- Model the consultative selling approach your team must follow
