This role is critical in driving operational excellence, inventory optimization, digital transformation, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who can transform traditional material handling into a technology‑enabled, data‑driven inventory management system.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end stores operations including receipt, storage, preservation, issue, transfer, return, and dispatch.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting, reconciliation, and systematic variance analysis.
- Drive digital transformation with ERP/MRP integration, barcode/QR systems, and real‑time reporting.
- Support production flow by ensuring timely material availability and resolving bottlenecks.
- Manage dispatch operations including vehicle planning, packing, transportation, and delivery reliability.
- Enforce safety & compliance in handling heavy, magnetic, fragile, and high‑value mat
