Job Description
- Oversee and manage testing activities for transformers & reactors
- Develop and implement testing protocols and procedures
- Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and regulations
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Analyse test results and prepare detailed reports
- Maintain testing equipment and ensure its optimal performance
- Provide technical guidance to team members as needed
- Continuously improve testing processes for efficiency and accuracy
