Job Description
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Lead business planning, long-term financial strategy, and capital allocation.
- Oversea commercial finance.
- Monitor and manage financial performance, risks and internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Monitor Cash Flow & Working Capital Management.
- Collaborate with operational/tech teams to optimise costs and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve business goals.
- Work on improving financial systems and processes.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:




- A solid background in finance or accounting (CA/CMA/MBA).
- Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience in handling greenfield/brownfield projects.
- Confidence in using financial tools and systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve problems effectively.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
