We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, quality standards, and project schedules.

The role requires strong site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, manpower management, and safety supervision skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working closely with contractors, vendors, Project Managers, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project progress and timely resolution of execution issues.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site execution, manpower deployment, productivity, and work progress.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor Civil, MEP, waterproofing,



and finishing works across assigned project areas.
- Conduct pre-work and post-work inspections to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained.
- Implement quality checklists and monitor workmanship, materials, and construction practices.
- Supervise contractor performance and ensure activities are completed within agreed timelines.
- Verify materials, drawings, measurements, specifications, and technical requirements before execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, Project Managers, consultants, and other site stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate design, material, quality, and execution-related issues.
- Raise, monitor, and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) until appropriate closure.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, including PPE, scaffolding, barricading, and secure working practices.
