Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Java Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of object-oriented programming, backend development, and modern software engineering best practices. You will be responsible for writing clean, scalable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Owning the technical direction and ensuring the team delivers high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions while guiding and mentoring team members.
- Designing, coding, debugging, unit testing, and documenting large,



complex software applications
- Collaborate on technical implementation, assist other developers and consultants in implementation and development
- Demonstrate capability to effectively assimilate new skills and use of recent technologies.
