Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for professionals with 2+ years of experience in loan sales from:
- Banks
- NBFCs
- DSAs
- Financial Services Companies

Candidates should have a robust customer and referral network in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai or nearby markets and the ability to source business independently.

Product Experience RequiredHands-on experience in one or more of the following:
- Home Loans (HL)
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Business Loans (BL)
- Personal Loans (PL)
- Working Capital Finance

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new loan business through self-sourcing and market networking.
- Build relationships with CAs, builders,



property consultants, connectors, SMEs and business owners.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Coordinate with multiple Banks & NBFCs to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Manage the complete journey from lead generation to disbursement.
- Achieve monthly business targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

- ✅ Currently working in Bank/NBFC/DSA sales
- ✅ Experience in HL, LAP, BL or PL sales
- ✅ Strong self-sourcing and market acquisition skills
