About the Role Top Notch Tiles is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and dedicated Accounts Executive to join our Accounts & Finance team in Rajkot.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, AP/AR, payroll, and accounting software,



along with a good understanding of UK Accounting and VAT.This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with UK accounting processes and international business operations while contributing to the financial management of a growing organization. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts and financial records. Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, payment records, and supporting documents. Assist with UK Accounting and VAT-related activities. Support preparation and review of VAT-related records and reports. Process payroll and maintain employee payroll records. Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up when required.
