The Role & Responsibilities
- Responsibility to oversee local and remote digital design activities for 1 or more products which may include the technical leadership of silicon development.
- Managerial and organizational responsibility of digital design team consisting of engineers and managers of diverse experience levels.
- Influence the activities of central organizations like Physical Design, DFT and DV.
- Build and retain high caliber engineering organisation




- Drive clarity in an environment of ambiguity
- Work within the wider ADI digital design community to proliferate & share best practice methodologies and technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:
- BTech/MTech/PhD in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with ~18+ years relevant digital ASIC development experience.

Required Skills/Experience:
- Excellent project management and organization
- skills, with experience managing digital design resources:
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to understand and clearly articulate technical issues.
- Proven experience in productively engaging with cross-functional, global development teams with strong sense of responsibility to deliver on project milestones.
- Contribute to the development of the business case for recent project concepts.
- Experience in architecture and specification of complex digital systems in various applications.
