Requirements
- Hands-on experience with JDA/Blue Yonder WMS, specifically in Discrete manufacturing environments.
- Strong experience in BY WMS implementation and production support.
- Good understanding of relational databases and PL/SQL.
- Experience in development, configuration, solution evaluation, validation, and deployment.
- Strong experience in BY WMS production support and job monitoring.
- Ability to collaborate with product vendors, support teams, and third-party providers to resolve issues.
- Experience working in global,



highly matrixed environments with vendors and service providers.
- Robust customer interfacing and expectations management skills.
- Experience providing effective solutions for production issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills with business and IT teams, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively manage and communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
