Your Role:

The Agentic AI Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling AI-driven solutions to drive process efficiency and automation within Global Business Services (GBS), with a primary focus on finance processes.
The role will leverage agentic AI capabilities to enhance decision-making, reduce manual effort, and improve service quality across ERP landscapes. Working closely with process and IT stakeholders, the engineer will translate formulated business requirements into intelligent automation solutions.
The position will play a key role in embedding AI capabilities into core processes across SAP ECC, Microsoft Dynamics, and other ERP environments leveraging Microsoft Azure and up-to-date software engineering practices. The role bridges software development and applied AI, ensuring reliable, maintainable, and business-relevant AI-enabled solutions.

Main Responsblities:
- Develop and deploy agentic AI solutions using Azure-based services, enabling intelligent automation and AI-driven business capabilities to optimise GBS processes




- Configure AI capabilities with ERP systems including SAP ECC, Microsoft Dynamics, and Kingdee.
- Develop, test, validate and deploy AI capabilities within software solutions, including integration of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and retrieval-based approaches that support decision-making and workflow automation.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Monitor performance of AI solutions
- Contribute to governance, standards, and best practices for AI implementation
- Stay up to date with emerging AI/automation technologies and recommend innovations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Owners, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Automation teams) to translate business and technical requirements into integration solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
